NOTHING IS AS AMERICAN AS BASEBALL!

At the softball complex off of CR 7
* kids ages 8-12
Participants will be broken up into the flowing age groups.
8-9 year olds
10-11 year olds
12 Year olds
8-9 year olds
10-11 year olds
12 Year olds
Each participant will bat until a total of nine outs is made. A out will be counted when the player swings . If contact is made anyhing that is not a home run ( travels the required distance) will be counted as a out. This will include a swing and a miss or a foul ball.
Distances will be determined for each age group. The field will be chalked to mark distance for each age group..After all players have hit and there are no ties a winner will be announced for that age group. If there is a tie a second round will take place between the players that have the same total home runs..the second round will consist of six outs. If a third round is needed to declare a winner that round will consist of three outs.
